Do you have 5 years+ experience of project managing the implementation of WMS solutions? Probably working in a software house or implementation team, you must have an excellent understanding of the processes required to implement a WMS from both a customer and supplier perspective.
Preferably with a background in IT development you will be self motivated, able to work under demanding schedules and be an outstanding people person with the ability to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to do whatever it takes to achieve success for our customers.
Implementation Consultants
Coming from an operational background, the implementation consultants roll is to bridge the gap between the system and the warehousing operation. Familiar with the documentation of business process, standard operating procedures and good experience of developing and implementing training programs for our customers you will be the essential player in the implementation of the WMS solution.
Development Gurus
Having worked with WMS implementations, the development guru should have a sound background in developing WMS solutions being able to determine what the customer "really" wants leaving nothing to chance.
Preferably you will have a good understanding of system configuration and deployment, and will be the focal point for all technical aspects of a WMS installation.
Technical requirements include the ability to develop solutions in Powerbuilder, SQL7/SQL 2000 or Informix 4gl. You will have excellent knowledge of RDBMS configuration and optimisation techniques. Preference will be given to those candidates who understand enabling solutions for the internet.
