A common issue with implementations from a customer perspective is that the people engaged to work with the WMS supplier have not performed this exercise before. These people also tend to be key operational people and so have their day-to-day jobs to perform as well as implementation project work.

Utilising an EXDS Project Manager ensures that your key operational people can be focussed on the business during the process of change while giving you the security of knowing that there is a very experienced consultant who has done this before getting the solution delivered.

Don’t rely on the software providers project manager doing this, as invariably your project will be one of a number of implementations being undertaken by this person at the time.

An EXDS project manager can adapt to any customers or suppliers methodology or alternatively we have our own methodology that can be utilised to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget.

If you do not need a full time project manager, but require specific advice on certain areas of a WMS installation then EXDS are able to provide in depth knowledge and experience of all aspects of a WMS implementation. These include, but are not limited to:
