A common issue with implementations from a customer perspective is that the people engaged to work with the WMS supplier have not performed this exercise before. These people also tend to be key operational people and so have their day-to-day jobs to perform as well as implementation project work.

Utilising us as the Project Manager ensures that your key operational people can be focussed on the business during the process of change while giving you the security of knowing that there is a very experienced consultant who has done this before getting the solution delivered.

Don’t rely on the software providers project manager doing this, as invariably your project will be one of a number of implementations being undertaken by this person at the time.
