The CubiScan 25 is an innovative dimensioning and weight system designed to accurately measure small irregularly-shaped items for distribution, packing and warehousing applications.  This machine also replaces the CubiScan 30 which has now been discontinued 

This comprehensive cubing and weighing system can meet any of your odd-shaped cubing or irregular shaped cubing requirements. It can measure a wide range of items - including small boxes, case-pack items, parts, components, books, health and beauty products, pharmaceutical objects and much more.

Accurate to 1 mm, this static dimensioning system can measure items up to 45cm x 30cm x 30cm in size and 6kg in weight - with the scale working in 2g increments.

Every millimetre counts when it comes to dimensional weight shipping charges, so the CubiScan 25 is designed to maximise storage space and enhance cartonisation methods, reducing the use of packaging materials and shipping costs. Not only does this save you money, but reducing packaging waste is good for the environment and minimising fuel costs reduces carbon emissions.

The CubiScan 25 can also be made mobile so you can move the scanner around your warehouse and quickly scan your items, dramatically speeding up the data capture process.

This static cubing system gives you total control over the data capture process. You can measure your items quickly and easily, with a typical scan taking less than five seconds. There’s no need for second-guessing, no room for human error, no reason to re-enter data, and no data corruption. Furthermore, the information you record can be easily transferred to your data processing system where it can be used immediately.
